Our one hour consultation includes a walk and talk around the home. It  includes a finished floorplan with furniture layouts, furniture ideas for your space, and a  detailed walkthrough report that focuses on important items the seller should do to increase the value of their home. One of our expert stylers will also stage one small area in your home to show you the benefits of staging. 

The finished floorplan is for you to keep and utilize if you should decide to stage your home yourself.

If client decides to stage or restyle their home, the 150.00 will be used as a credit toward the total cost.

This service will begin with our one hour consultation to view the house, take pictures, and discuss styles, themes, goals, etc.

We will then virtually stage the areas of focus and present them to the client one-on-one. During this time the home owner can view the space and make changes. These changes can be made on the spot. The completed images are then downloaded and sent to the client.

Staging includes 5 rooms of focus. Each additional room is 20.00.

This service is for the homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2,000 square feet. Our certified experts will be working from the information gathered during your consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of your home. We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room.

Our certified experts will spend 8 hours making dramatic transformations to all areas of your home. Our experts will also bring in the perfect accessories to complete the look of your home.

During this time, your stager will also shop with you if you're struggling to find the perfect piece for your home.
